Update on ideal skincare

Thinking about skin care today. There are so many products out there but the best routine is the one you stick to. Cleanse and moisturise your face every day as a basic. Choose a daytime moisturiser with UV protection (that’s for you guys as well).

For older skin consider additional products. Retinol is the main anti-wrinkle cream but start infrequently and at a low concentration and build up, it can be drying at first.

Anti-oxidants are good at helping your skin repair from daily damage. If you smoke try to stop as this will reduce wrinkles too.
